Atta-ka-Halwa (Gelatinize) Recipe

If you want to treat your guests or yourself but the scarcity of time is the only hurdle between you and your wish to cook then all you have to do is open your store and get these ingredients. A little mixing and a little roasting and within 20 minutes your dessert is ready to be served J


Ingredients:

Particulars
Quantity
1 full cup
Sugar
As per taste
Ghee (Clarified Butter)
For roasting
Milk
¾ Cup
Dry fruits or Strawberry
For Garnishing

How to make Atte ka Halwa Flour Gelatinize):

Step 1: Take a frying pan or nonstick kadai and put it on medium flame.

Step 2: Put 1½ tablespoons of ghee.

Step 3: Pour 1 cup of atta, sugar as per your taste into that kadai and roast until it becomes golden brown.

Step 4: After proper roasting pour ¾ cup of milk and stir evenly clockwise and anti-clockwise. Keep stirring till it gets dough like texture.

Step 5: Put slight ghee and sugar (if needed) and mix it well. When halwa leaves the kadai, put off the burner. 

Your quick easy dessert is ready.



Few tips for making the dish:

1. You can use unsalted butter instead of Ghee.
2. Keep stirring until the Gelatinize leave the frying pan or Kadai.
