Traditionally, madani is used to make Lassi and a layer of makkhan (Indian butter) is given on top of it. However, if you are coming home all sweaty and tired, you can be hardly expected to gather the energy of going through such cumbersome process. This drink, on the other hand, can be prepared with a swish and flick. On top of being healthy, it is immensely tasty and recharges your body for the rest of the day.
