Made for: 2 Adults

This is a unique dish that is both easy to make and incredibly tasty. This stuffed tomato recipe can have many varieties. The one I preferred has simple ingredients and can be prepared without any hassle. The stuffing I chose is of paneer, however, you can add any non-veg stuffing, or simply chicken stock with the item to give it a kick according to your taste. Although, I can vouch that the paneer stuffing I have prepared in this dish would taste heavenly to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. So, don’t worry about how to make stuffed tomato. Simply relax and follow the steps mentioned below:

Restaurant Review: Hatari

Overall Rating: 7.8/10
Address: 18 Bhupen Roy Road, Behala, Kolkata
Cuisine Type: Chinese and North Indian

Hatari enjoys immense popularity in South Kolkata. They have pioneered in the Gariahat branch and following immense success, expanded to Tollygunge, Behala and Garia. I, Red Chilli, frequently drop into this outlet and am quite fond of their services. For this review I went with a friend of mine who is not an enthusiast of Chinese cuisine – he prefers Mughlai/Indian. Thus, I being a lover of Chinese food and my companion not, we had a balanced audience for the review.
