Say you had some veg or non veg tarkari (curry) that you had in dinner last night and is still stocked up in your fridge. Mostly such leftovers end up being thrown out. But what if you could use it to make up a delicious new breakfast in just 15 minutes?

Particulars
Quantity
Flour (Ataa)
:
1 cup
Stuffing/Filling (Left Over Curry)
:
1 saucer
Water
:
As per requirement for kneading the dough tight

How to make Stuffed Flat Breads:
Step 1: Knead the dough tight (less water to flour ratio) and divide it into 4 equal balls.
Step 2: Make cups of those dough balls and put the leftover curry as the filling/stuffing and seal it.
Step 3: Flatten the balls using rolling pin.
Step 4: Put the frying pan (tava or skillet) on high heat, grease it with few drops of white oil and cook those stuffed flat breads one by one.

Your delicious flat breads with leftover stuffing are ready to be escorted to the lunch box.

Few tips for making the dish:
1.  You can use any leftovers, from simple potato curry to any type of vegetarian/non-vegetarian side dish as the stuffing.

2.    Knead the dough tight so that you can make the cups properly and seal it without water. Loosely kneaded dough can’t easily mould into dough cups and even while making flat bread, they tend to get stuck with your rolling base.

3.  Take your leftovers out of your fridge and keep it for some time so that they come around room temperature before stuffing. This will reduce your oven consumption during cooking.

4.   You can add butter or pickles in the stuffing.
