How to make Fish Salad:
Step 1: Marinate the fish with vinegar, red chili powder and salt and leave it for 15 minutes.
Step 2:Boil the potato and cabbage leaves in low flame for 10 minutes.
Step 3:drain out hot water and sprinkle cold water over boiled potato and cabbage leaves.
Step 4: Chop all the vegetables.
Step 5:Julianne the boiled potato.
Step 6: Tear cabbage leaves.
Step 7:Toss all the vegetables for a minutes.
Step 8:Prepare dressing with mustard powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and vinegar and pour it in vegetables while tossing and sprinkle salt as per your need.
Step 9: Turn off the burner take a salad tray spread one layer of vegetables then fried fish then another layer of vegetables and garnish it with Cucumber, tomato slices, onion rings and coriander leaves.
Few tips for making the dish:
1. You can take any sea fish fillet for the salad.
2. You can try curd/ yogurt dressing or any ready-made salad dressing.
3. Use any vegetable as per your choice for salad.
