This is a unique dish that is both easy to make and incredibly tasty. This stuffed tomato recipe can have many varieties. The one I preferred has simple ingredients and can be prepared without any hassle. The stuffing I chose is of paneer, however, you can add any non-veg stuffing, or simply chicken stock with the item to give it a kick according to your taste. Although, I can vouch that the paneer stuffing I have prepared in this dish would taste heavenly to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. So, don’t worry about how to make stuffed tomato. Simply relax and follow the steps mentioned below:

How to make Stuffed Tomatoes:
Section I: Scoop out the tomato pulp
Step 1: Slice up the top-end portion of a tomato. Step illustrated in the picture below. (follow anti-clockwise from the top right pic).

After scooping out the pulp, the tomato would look like this:
Step 3: Repeat the steps 1 &2 for rest of the tomatoes.
Step 4: Collect the pulp in a bowl.
Step 5: Heat up the frying pan and fry the diced onions in vegetable oil. When the onions turn slightly brown, add finely diced green chili. Now, lower the flames of your oven and add the tomato pulp you scooped out in Step 2.
Step 6: Add salt according to taste, ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon powdered red chili and stir the lot in the pan so that the spices are mixed properly.
Step 7: Knead the Paneer and mix it with other ingredients in the pan.

If you are using cheese slice (like I did for this recipe) then it can be easily grated by using scissors. Yes scissors! See the picture below.
