Grilled Vegetables and Paneer Tikka Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Recipe:

Name

Cauliflower

White Mushroom
Paneer (Indian Cheese)

1 block cut into thick 2 inches cube

1 cut into cubes

Ingredients for Marinade:

3 table spoon Yogurt(Curd)
Coriander/ Cilantro leaves chopped
Mint leaves (optional) Chopped
3 Garlic clove Chopped (optional)
salt as per taste 
1 tea spoon Chat Masala
1 tea spoon Amchoor(Dry Mango Powder)
1/2 table Spoon Garam Masala / can use Tandoori masala from market 
2 Table Spoon Corn flour or Besan (gram flour)
2 Table Spoon Olive oil  / vegetable oil


How to make Paneer Tikka:

Step 1: Make the Marinade before 3 Hours , pour into Vegetables and  Mix well  and let the vegetables sit for 2 hours .

Step 2: Soak the Wooden Skewers in water for at-least 4 hours otherwise they will get burnt during Grilling.


Step 3: When you are ready to grill  , pic the Paneer from marinade and set aside , toss the vegetables in the marinade so that they become coated evenly.




Step 4: Start skewering  the veggies alternatively i.e. Bell Papers, Mushroom , Paneer, Vegetables Pre-heat the oven, cover the baking tray with silver foil, spray oil and then place the sticks in oven in 350 degree, keep turning each side until both sides are cooked. Lightly brush each skewers with marinade . Grill for 30 minutes .



Step 5: Remove from the heat when it becomes  brown or tender and serve hot with Green chutney or any sauce.



Few tips for making the dish:
1. You can use any kind of veggies that you have on hand .
2. Grilling Skewers (sticks) should be soaked in water for atleast 4 hours.
