Guest Gallery: Chilli Fish at Peter Cat

About the Dish:

This snapshot is from a renowned restaurant in Park Street of Kolkata City called Peter Cat. It serves Chinese, Continental and North Indian cuisines. This is a Chinese preparation but is very popular amongst Indians. Although, we think the version we use in India differs reasonably from its Chinese counter-part. The one displayed in the picture above is a gravy version; however, even if prepared without the gravy it will make a nice starter or evening snack. Generally, this gravy version is served to the side of fried rice or hakka noodles.
